Matthew is the Founder and CEO of Black Ops. With 12 years in tech, he cut his teeth developing some of the world’s first social networking sites for MTV and Viacom, and moved on to DoubleClick, which was later acquired by Google. As a 2x startup founder, he coined his path as a Hackerpreneur - hacking growth and building products that users love. For the last two years, Matthew has worked to educate some of the biggest brands on the value of chatbots, developed several bots in partnership with leading agencies, and perfected the art of advertising Messenger bots.
Mauricio is the co-founder and CTO of Black Ops. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University. For the last 12 years he has built software applications for a diverse group of organizations including the US Dept. of Education, Red Hat, The University of Michigan, and the Hewlett Foundation. He created the open source Stealth bot framework that powers Black Ops bots.
Hillary is the Head of Marketing and Strategy at Black Ops. With 10 years of experience building and developing brand personalities like Vine, Beats by Dre, University of Michigan and Grey Advertising on social media, Hillary knows how to create and market chatbots audiences love. She shares her expertise in conversation design as a contributor to The Startup, and has been featured in numerous online publications for her expertise in social media and creative strategies.
